The Dean of Academics receives the credit request and he can approve or reject the request for the dean, click the credit transfer Systems and click the open button as shown in figure.
The Dean can view the request and also document what students send and for that click the display button.
After clicking the display button a new page appears as shown in below figure .with file uploaded.
To approve the request dean click the approve button and to reject the request click the reject button.
If the dean approves the request then a success message appears as shown in above figure.
If the dean rejects the request then a success message appears as shown in below figure.
